If you eat it often, however, he best way to buy it is in bulk because, otherwise, it's prohibitively expensive.Yes, you do need to cook it a little longer than other pastas, but no, you don't need to pick out the orange ones, as another reviewer stated. If you cook the stuff to death, they'll all fall apart. If you don't, you'll be fine. Great bargain. It's hard for me to find this locally and, when I do, it's very expensive.
