The texture is hearty and the flavor has a delicate, nutty cast to it. I paired it with a homemade roasted red pepper alfredo sauce to which I had added slices of sauteed chicken sausage and baby bella mushrooms. I was very pleased with the pasta, the slightly rough texture of it really held the sauce nicely. A must have for the healthy eaters pantry!!
